Eurospan Holdings Berhad (EHB) was incorporated on 19 July 1995 under the Companies Act, 1965 as a public limited company. |

Dynaspan Furniture Sdn Bhd moved to its present location at Kulim Industrial Estate, Kedah with a total land area of approximately 86,000 square feet. In the same year, Euroswood Furniture Sdn Bhd and Dynaword Sdn Bhd were incorporated to acquired 11.15 acres of land located at Sungai Baong Furniture Village, Seberang Perai Selatan, Penang for expansion. |

Completion of a new three storey corporate office with a new factory building adjacent to the existing factory at Sungai Dua, Butterworth, Penang with a total land area of approximetely 132,000 square feet. |

The Group achieved a turnover of over RM46 million with a total workforce of 300 staff. |

Completion of construction of new manufacturing plant at Sungai Baong Furniture Village, Seberang Perai Selatan,Penang with a total built up area of 119,700 square feet. Eurospan Holdings Berhad was approved by the Securities Commission for listing on Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on July 10, 2000. |
